Exercise your personal responsibility and respect for your teammates by being on time. Stretching occurs as a team event so players should be prepared for all practices, conditioning and workouts seven minutes prior to the schedule start.

Conditioning Camp Skate - Players are asked to contribute $15 for these 60 minute skates.

OTA - An Organzied Team Activity is a non-required event organized by the SIHP. All events listed as an OTA are not mandatory and will not affect ice-time during the season.
OTAs are available to players as a tool to get bigger, faster and stronger.

Weight Training - The 20 minute weight training sessions are at the DeSales weight room at 10:00AM with Coach Quint. Be on time. Stretching occurs as a team event seven minutes prior to the schedule start.
